About

About us

We build the parts of the web that are not allowed to break.

Fifteen years in production taught us where systems actually fail: at the boundaries, under load, in the second year. So we start with the architecture, we keep the data live, and we write down every decision — including the ones we would rather forget. Today that work points at Web3, real-time systems, and the startups building both.

Detail Is the Product

The last five percent is the part people actually feel. We spend it on the spacing, the empty state and the wording of the error nobody planned to read.

AI in the Loop

We use AI every day and hold it to the same review bar as everyone else. It makes the work faster — it does not get to skip the check.

Own It End to End

Whoever designs the service ships it and watches it run in production. No handoff, no shrug, no “that's the other team”.

Five things we hire for and refuse to trade away.

Value 01

Senior Only

Nobody learns on your budget

Every project is staffed by engineers who have run systems in production for a decade or more. There are no juniors billed as seniors, and no handoffs down a ladder until the person writing the code has never spoken to you.

Value 02

AI-Native

AI as a given, not an add-on

We design projects assuming AI is in the room — ours while we build, yours after we leave. Rules, skills and written architecture are part of the deliverable, not something we promise to add later.

Value 03

Own the Stack

From the Go service to the last pixel

One team holds the database, the queue, the API and the screen. Decisions keep their context, and nothing is lost translating a design file into production code.

Value 04

Small Details

We do sweat the small stuff

Loading states, focus rings, the second line of an error message. Those details are the difference between a product that works and one that feels finished — so they sit on the plan, not in the backlog.

Value 05

Built to Hand Over

Your project, never our hostage

Documented architecture, readable code, and an environment anyone can run on day one. If you replaced us tomorrow, the project would keep moving — that is the standard we build to.

The calls we make when nobody is watching.

  • 01

    Architecture First

The map exists before the code. If we cannot draw the system on one page, we do not understand it well enough to build it.

  • 02

    Ship Small

Small releases against real users beat long silent builds. Feedback arriving in week three is worth more than certainty arriving in month six.

  • 03

    Live Data by Default

If it changes, it streams. Polling is a fallback we justify, not a habit we start with.

  • 04

    Boring Where It Counts

Novelty belongs in the product, not in the deployment pipeline. We keep the exciting parts where users can see them.

  • 05

    Write It Down

A decision nobody recorded gets relitigated at the worst possible moment. Every hard call leaves a paper trail.

  • 06

    Try AI First

Reach for the model before the manual — then check its work as strictly as you would a colleague's.

  • 07

    Measure, Then Argue

Numbers end debates that opinions extend. Before optimising anything, we show the trace.

  • 08

    Fixed Quotes

A price you can plan around, given before the work starts. If we scoped it wrong, that is our problem to absorb.

  • 09

    Plain Language

If a client cannot repeat the plan back in their own words, we wrote it badly. Jargon is not expertise.

  • 10

    Leave It Runnable

Clone, install, run — on day one, straight from the README, with no tribal knowledge required.
